Sweet geraniums are scattered amongst the waxy, ripening lemon trees. The herbal quality of the geranium mixes with the brightness of the citrus to give a classic and clean opening. This is delicately spiced with star anise and cloves to bring a unique twist to the composition which is bright and fresh.
