Shipping Information

Welcome to Parfinity! We are pleased that you are shopping with us. Below you will find our shipping information, which applies to all orders placed through our website.

Shipping Carriers & Carrier Choice

At checkout you choose whether your order is delivered by DHL or DPD. For some destination countries only DHL is available. All shipments are sent with full tracking - you receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Costs

The shipping price depends on the destination country. We grant free shipping based on the cart value - calculated on the value before any discount codes are applied. So you do not lose free shipping just because you redeem a voucher.

Every Parfinity Box makes shipping within Germany free and reduces it to other EU countries by €5.90.

  • Germany: from €5.90 - free from €150 cart value or with any box.
  • EU near (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands): from €9.90 - free from €200.
  • France: from €11.90 - free from €250.
  • EU central (Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia): from €14.90 - free from €250.
  • EU far (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden): €15.90 (DHL) - free from €250.
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia: €24.90 (DHL) - free from €350.

The exact shipping price including your carrier choice and any discounts is shown at checkout. If you choose DHL, the free-shipping threshold may be slightly higher in some zones.

Shipping discount by cart value

We automatically grant a shipping discount (based on the cart value before discount codes, applied to every shipping method). The highest applicable discount applies - the tiers are not added together:

  • €5.90 off: as soon as a Parfinity Box is in your cart or from €150 cart value
  • €10.90 off: from €200
  • €15.90 off: from €250
  • €20.90 off: from €300
  • €25.90 off: from €350

Island Deliveries

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to islands that are only reachable by air freight. Perfume counts as dangerous goods and may not be transported by air (plane) by either DHL or DPD. We are therefore unable to fulfill orders with such a delivery address.

Delivery Time

The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-5 working days.

For deliveries to EU countries, the delivery time is usually 2-10 working days.

If individual items are not in stock or if the delivery time is delayed, we will inform you immediately by email.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete.

If delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not liable. In this case, additional costs for redelivery may apply.

Partial Deliveries

If part of your order is not immediately available, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.

No additional shipping costs will be incurred for partial deliveries.

Damaged Shipments

Please check the delivery upon receipt for completeness and damage.

If you notice any damage to the packaging or items, please inform us immediately at info@parfinity.com. We will investigate the damage as soon as possible and find a solution.

Returns

Information on returning items can be found in our return policy.

Returns must be sufficiently stamped and securely packaged and sent to the return address provided on the delivery note.

International Shipping Conditions

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These are to be borne by the recipient.

We recommend that you check with the customs authorities in your country for any additional costs before placing your order.
